Our Values

From the start, we wanted to be the best we could possibly be and a create not just a brand, but a Cucumber Community.

That means we took the decision that, despite being a small start up, our range would come in sizes 8-18 (and have now added a size 6 and size 20 in some styles).

That means we look after our supply chain and that includes looking after our workers – we will only ever pay fair wages.

We are constantly looking at ways of reducing our footprint. You will notice when you receive your order that we deliberately use minimal packaging, all of which is recyclable.  Moving forward, we have now banished all plastic packaging and replaced it with 100% compostable and biodegradable film.

Our fabrics are long-lasting, require minimal care and our styles work from season to season.  Cucumber Clothing is slow fashion.

That means we will always try to support charitable entreprises, and we are very proud that we donate 50p from every sale from our cashmere mix collection directly to The Eve Appeal.

We have also teamed up with Prevent Breast Cancer, the only UK breast cancer charity researching how to predict, prevent and protect future generations from developing breast cancer, by helping with samples, products and other collaborations.
