Please contact us  us as soon as possible either by email or telephone and we will try to help amend your order. However if your order has already been despatched we are unable to make any changes.

Simply head to checkout with your favourite pieces and look for the discount code box then click apply.

It can take up to 10 days for a refund or exchange to be processed; once it has been processed by us you will receive an email confirming the return and/or dispatch of the exchange.  We strongly recommend asking for a certificate of proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

Covid - 19

We are delighted to be shipping orders and have developed a safe strategy to do this.

All our deliveries have been packed by either Nancy or Eileen with clean hands while wearing disposable gloves and masks.

With safety first in mind, all items have been sent out wrapped either in 100% vegetable starch biodegradable and compostable bags or plastic wrappers.

Orders may take longer than usual to reach you due to general disruption to mail services.

We are unable to offer next day delivery at this time due to the unreliability of the service, but hope to offer this again when it becomes available.


If an item is shown as out of stock, then unfortunately we will not be getting any more new stock in. However, please do always feel free to contact us since occasionally stock levels can change.

Cucumber is cut for luxurious comfort, so our sizes err on the generous size.  There is a size chart available on each product page and if you are ever in doubt please contact us and we will be happy to help!
