Why did you call your site Forever Fierce and what’s it about?

Forever Fierce is a philosophy to empower women to see ageing in a whole new way and to inspire them to know that they are more relevant than ever before. We believe in being fiercely kind, fiercely compassionate and fiercely supportive of one another.

Who are your 3 female icons and why?

I have so many! Alright...top 3

Mother Theresa

Brene Brown

Jane Fonda (and I do love Helen Mirren!)

What are you most proud of?

My heart.

Where are you happiest?

In nature. I’m a boho girl at heart. Oh...and horses...I love the purity and energy of horses.

Best piece of advice you ever been given?

I wrote a quote that I’ve found to be so true. “Dreams don’t have an expiration. Only beliefs do.” Everything comes down to belief. When we change our beliefs, everything changes.

What’s next?

A book, a Ted Talk and an around the world tour to spread the message of Forever Fierce and to shift the perception of women at Midlife & Beyond to one that is vibrant, relevant and empowered.

If your 20 year old self could see you now, what would she say?

I can’t believe it’s me! I wish every 20 year old could see their future self as they would save themselves so much lost time and angst. I was deeply insecure and always doubting myself.
