We wanted to give a super positive kickstart to 2024 so today we're in conversation with Gaëlle Berruel, the CEO and Founder of a Rockstar Mindset, award-winning Visibility Coach, a Motivational Speaker and a Wellness Expert.
We love her infectious positive energy, her rockstar mindset and her firm belief that every woman deserves to be the fullest expression of who they are (authentic, unapologetic and aligned) and financially free.

Gaëlle, what is a Rockstar Mindset?
A Rockstar Mindset is a revolutionary mindset helping women to be the fullest expression of who they are, to become women leaders cultivating a new leadership model: compassionate leadership, one centred in kindness, human-ness, and authenticity.
There isn’t a company or a business supporting women to become the Rockstar of their lives; it’s a pioneer message, a thought-provoking calling to claim back their agency and power and stop putting other people’s needs first and last, not taking credit for what they do and staying behind the scenes.
I believe it is a prerogative for any woman in this world, to feel seen, heard and recognised for her work and value. For this reason, I created a women’s leadership model, the Rockstar Woman (Visibility) Framework, helping women to become visible, safe and confident to self-promote themselves and shine unapologetically.
What are your two top tips for feeling visible?
Speak up - express your opinion irrespective of other people’s judgements — raise your hand, suggest new ideas/projects or challenge the status quo.
Be authentic - be true to your personality, values, and spirit, regardless of the pressure you're under to act otherwise. Your authenticity will demonstrate that you are a person of character, acting on your authority. As a result, you’ll be seen as an authority and you’ll stand out from the crowd.
What are you most proud of?
What I am most proud of is being the fullest expression of myself, aligned and authentic. To consciously and mindfully walk my talk so I can serve my audience, my clients, my team, and my collaborators from a place of integrity, honesty and excellence.
This was the result of continually doing the inner work to face my own fears, unhealthy patterns, and limiting beliefs. By healing from a place of radical self-love, forgiveness and self-acceptance I learned to re-harmonize my body, mind and spirit. I was then able to integrate the wisdom earned by my setbacks and challenges. I use this to teach women leaders how to achieve this level of self-expression: unfuckwithable, unapologetic and to become the rockstars of their lives.
I am a work in progress, an evolving human being; I am still doing this work and will do it until my last breath.
What are you working on now and where next?
I am currently working on creating a new free quiz and online retreat planned for February 2024.
This quiz will help women leaders discover what kind of visible woman they are. In contrast, the online retreat will help them to uncover their rockstar vibe (awesomeness, uniqueness and magic) to be visible in an authentic way by up-levelling their 3S—pillars of A Rockstar Mindset: Self-Expression, Self-Love and Self-Leadership.
I’m also thrilled to be collaborating with more women leaders in 2024 to support each other in our growth. By helping more people (from one to many)the result of which is to amplify our impact. I have two upcoming collaboration projects and I’m very excited about them.
What are the two simple first steps we can all take to sow the seeds for an exceptional 2024?
The first simple step would be to say goodbye with a beautiful ritual to own our successes and lessons in 2023. This will allow us to harness the wisdom and magic of the past year, to sow robust seeds infused with our biggest dreams and desires. By doing so, we will navigate around new obstacles with more elegance and ease and accelerate the manifestation of our goals and desires.
It’s easy to fall into the New Year, New You mantra but I am keen to reframe this. Instead, I prefer to dance with the discomfort, honour my emotions and gradually integrate the gems of 2023 to be truly empowered for 2024.
The second step would be to make your joy, vitality and optimism sacred. In a world where there’s a lot of chaos, turmoil and emotional volatility, it’s paramount to protect your sense of joy, fun and play. In my opinion, it is the highest form of self-leadership and self-love.
Remember, you did not work on yourself to be affected by people less conscious than you, prone to negativity and drama. Gorgeous women, protect all the hard work you have put in to have a positive mindset, do the inner work and elevate your personal growth. Be assertive, be compassionate and have energetic and emotional boundaries in place.
